Located right on the edge of the Odenwald on more than 45 hectares of semi-forested private land the "Residential Park Ober-Hambach" offers a wonderful view of the Rhine valley. Without through traffic, yet very conveniently located.

In the Residential Park Ober-Hambach a total of 14 apartments from 16 m² to 88 m² are available. All apartments were newly renovated and modernized in the summer of 2018. The apartments are fully furnished, comfortable and functional. Each apartement offers 1-3 bedrooms with single or double beds, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a new (shower) bath and some even come with balcony. Long term arrangements upon request.

Numerous free services and leisure activities are offered to the guests:

• There is a large lounge on the ground floor. Here guests can play free billiards or table football or cook something in the adjoining kitchen. A TV is also available there.
• The recreational opportunities in the residential park are diverse: In addition to the indoor facilities (billiards, table football) guests have many free outdoor options available: tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball and basketball.
